Read: Judges 1-2
Marked: Judges 2:21-22, “I also will no longer drive out before them any of the nations which Joshua left when he died, so that through them I may test Israel, whether they will keep the ways of the LORD, to walk in them as their fathers kept them, or not.”
How committed am I to being obedient to the Lord? When trial or difficulty arises, will I continue to follow the Lord, or resort to my own ways?
The Lord will test my resolve by allowing trials to see if I will “keep the ways of the Lord”. I pray I will not fail the test.
