Marked: Luke 1:79, To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, To guide our feet into the way of peace.”
This was the ministry of John the Baptist. In a way all Christians have this ministry because Jesus is coming again.
People are still in darkness and need the light of Christ to be set free from the shadow of death and be guided into the way of peace.
But we must grow in our faith and not remain as babes and mature and grow strong in the Spirit, to do what we’ve been called to do and serve Him without fear.
