Understanding the Message of the Bible:
What are your feelings about the good things you have done in your life? What is your legacy?

Dig into the Bible:
Ephesians 2:8-9,
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; [it is] the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Titus 3:5,
not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

Many believe heaven awaits them, regardless of faith in God, because they are good people. But we have different opinions as to what is good. Really, we boast in our own goodness. I’m better than that person because I’m not as bad as him. What does God have to say about our standard of goodness?

  1. Obedience above all things, because the heart can be deceive in an instant.

Pretending to care for the poor with good deeds, and then returning to a home full of earthly possessions, that is what blocks any chance of God’s protection and a relationship with Him. Our God despises hypocrisy..

“Sell your possessions and give to the poor, then you will have treasure in Heaven.”

Your either on board, or you are not. Be blessed
